Ugh.

I don't mean to be blunt, but I wasn't a big fan of it.
I really enjoyed how it was staged and everything, of course-all Disney musicals are gorgeous.

But, I never even liked the cartoon. Maybe that had something to do with it.

I keep meaning to see this.

I heard that the first 10 minutes are possibly some of the best in the history of theatre, but it goes downhill after that. I also heard that the current London cast are terrible.

Good Lord, don't ruin your love of musical theatre by seeing this.

You heard right. Circle of Life is amazing and then.... booom.

Ahaha, I'm sorry! That's only an opinion! I just wasn't a fan of the costumes. They were ingenius, but, the people being animals was a little bizarre.

And they all looked like they had been salvaged from a scrap wood pile! Laughing

I've never seen it so I can't really back you up on that. I'd like to see it, but Bway tickets are expensive!

Especially for Young Frankenstein. Tickets for premium seats there are $450.00

$450.00?! Thats (very roughly) 225! The most you see premium seats for in London are about 80, which I suppose is about $160.
Premium seats are a ridiculous idea, but luckily my favourite seats in the front row are never considered good enough to be sold for that price and are often very cheap e.g. 25 at Les Mis. Very Happy

I really would like to see Lion King, maybe if I could get some cheap tickets at some point. I think top price at the moment is 60 and I'm not paying that for something I might not like.
